We are now offering FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY on orders over £50 (Monday to Friday - UK Mainland customers only excludes Bank Holidays**. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within two working days. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day. Next working day delivery can be selected at the checkout page if available to your delivery address.
** The following postcodes are excluded from next day delivery, if this option is selected at checkout, delivery to these areas will take a minimum of two working days:
Deliveries to addresses outside of the UK will be sent by Airmail or one of our couriers. Delivery costs are calculated automatically when items are added to your shopping basket, which are based upon the weight of the total order and are dependant on which country the goods are being delivered to. This is why we are able to offer you the best possible delivery rates!
In rare cases, there may be additional courier surcharges to pay for some bulky non-UK orders, and we will contact you directly by email should this be the case.
Please note, if a parcel is refused, this may incur charges.
We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of payment.
For UK customers, Standard Delivery orders (£2.95 for any number of items) will take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive. For Next Day deliveries, orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day (see above for further information on next day deliveries)
If you are based in the UK we will deliver your order to you using Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes or Yodel. This is dependant upon the weight and size of your order.
If your order is being delivered by courier then the delivery usually requires a signature. If you are not in when the driver arrives, they will leave a card with local depot information and your consignment details on, the order will then be returned to your local depot. You then have two working days to contact them to either arrange a re-delivery or arrange for collection from your local depot. If you fail to contact them within this timescale then your order will automatically be returned to us at Bedding & Beyond and a handling charge will be incurred. If this is the case, we can arrange to have your order re-delivered to you but this will incur an additional shipping charge. If your parcel is being delivered by Royal Mail or Hermes, then they may deliver your parcel to a neighbour.
Two delivery attempts by the courier are covered by the delivery cost charged on your order. However, you have the option of collecting your order from the depot for no additional cost, though may incur a 24 hour delay with the courier. You will need to contact your local depot to arrange this.
For customers based in the Republic of Ireland, we ship most orders by Airmail and goods should be received within 5 to 10 working days of your order.
For customers based in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and other worldwide addresses, most orders are shipped by Airmail and goods should be received within 7 to 14 working days of your order.
Generally items bought from Bedding & Beyond are in-stock and available for immediate delivery. However, on the rare occasions when we are out of stock of an item you will be notified by email and will be given the option to either cancel your order for a full refund, or provided with an appropriate and acceptable delivery timescale.
Items not received must be reported to us within 30 days for UK orders, or 60 days for International orders. Please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com if you believe your items have been lost in transit. Any items not received reported after this time may result in us being unable to process a replacement order or refund for you.
