If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of your delivery date, you may return or exchange any
returnable item(s). Please remember that refunds, credits and exchanges are subject to the terms of the
BeddingAndBeyond return policy.

Refunds and Exchanges
BeddingAndBeyond is pleased to grant your refund at the value of your original purchase price. For your security, your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
REFUNDS
BeddingAndBeyond is happy to credit your purchase price, minus shipping fees, for all
unopened merchandise returned in its original packaging.

STORE CREDIT
You will receive a full store credit for your purchase price, minus shipping fees, for any
unused items returned with their original packaging.

Your merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. (We cannot accept dirty or washed items for return.)

Simple Guidelines for All Returns/Exchanges
For all returns or exchanges, please follow these guidelines so that we may assist you in the most efficient manner:

To expedite the return of your merchandise, you will need a Return Authorization. This will help facilitate your return and ensure you a smooth experience. If an item is returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA#), we will be unable to process the return and, unfortunately, credit can not be issued. Please refer to the "Return Authorization" section below to learn how to obtain an RA #.

We do not want you to be charged any extra fees, so please aware that if, for any reason, your package is refused at time of delivery, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee, plus the actual fee charged to ship the package back to
BeddingAndBeyond. BeddingAndBeyond is unable to issue credit for the original shipping cost.

If you receive damaged, broken or defective merchandise, please report it
within 7 business days of your delivery date. BeddingAndBeyond will work hard to correct this situation for you. After evaluating the situation, we will determine whether to replace the broken parts or ship out a new item. After 7 days of receipt, defective items cannot be replaced by
BeddingAndBeyond, but you can contact the manufacturer directly for information on any warranty that may apply.

Previously exchanged merchandise can only be returned up to 14 days from when they are received. Please remember to keep track of your days since
BeddingAndBeyond is unable to return a previously exchanged item for another exchange or refund after the 14 days has expired.

All gifts that are returned will be issued store credit for three months upon the date of return.

BeddingAndBeyond is unable to adjust prices on recent promotions.

Shipping costs and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

For your own safety, please be aware that BeddingAndBeyond can not be held responsible for any safety regulations in your prospective Country. Please consult any applicable agencies or institutions to determine if the product you select is appropriate for use in your region/locality.
Special Orders
Certain items including bedding, bedding accessories, cribs, gliders and ottomans and any other dropship items are considered "Special Orders" (as designated on the specific product page). Because these are items not stocked by
BeddingAndBeyond, we need to accept your credit card payment at the time of the order, although it may take up to an additional 8 weeks to ship to you. Please note that:

Special Order items will be subject to a 30 - 50% restocking fee if returned.

You can cancel your order only up to one business day after your order. No cancellation is possible and the return is subject to restocking fees.

Making a Return
To return an item, please follow these easy steps:
1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number from the Help Page on the BeddingAndBeyond.com website.
2. Write the RA# exactly as it appears in the space provided on the pre-addressed self-adhesive label located on your packing slip in order to avoid delays or complications in processing your return.
3. Attach the label to the shipping box. Please do not write directly on the manufacturer`s box.
4. Ship the package via ground shipping method of your choice. Be sure to have your package insured and request a tracking# from the carrier for your records. Please send the merchandise in the same condition as you received it.
5. You will receive an email notification once your package has been checked in by our warehouse. This typically takes about 2 to 4 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for inspection and processing.
